1. Is registration is free?
Yes it is, Registration is totally FREE.
2. After Registering my profile, can i start searching my life partner through this application ?
After submitting all your detail it will take minimum 24 hrs to approve it, only then you will be able to continue searching & sending interest.
3. Can i get to know, all the detail of the profile once i register?
No, you will get only limited detail of the profile. you will have to become PREMIUM/PAID MEMBER
to get the complete detail of the profile.
4. Can i edit my profile detail ?
yes you can edit, but some detail (about me,partner preference,horoscope, photo edit/add photo) need to be approved by admin & it need minimum 24 hrs to approve it.
5. I don't know How to Install the product, will there be any installation service or support from your end?
We provide free installation service @ zero cost, if you want. All you've to do is provide us with your domain name, FTP, database server name, database name, username & Password. Installation is done in 24hrs on request.
6. Is the product customizable, if yes any charges?
Yes, the product is completely customizable. However on purchase you get the default design. Using Admin Panel you can change the logos, Banners, color combinations, Icons & much more. If you want to give a complete new look to your site, which require alteration & updation of all the pages, there will be additional customization charges. Charges may vary depending on your customization requirement. For minor customization we won't charge you anything.
7. What's the security / Guarantee of product delivery after payment?
